Western Manitoba Regional Council

The Triskelion Grand Fraternity and Sorority also known as Tau Gamma Phi and Tau Gamma Sigma of Western Manitoba Regional Council was established by seven dedicated Triskelion brothers hailing from diverse chapters across the Philippines, united by their unwavering commitment to the principle of kapatiran (brotherhood). These visionary founders—Al San Pedro, Jungie Pepino, Omar Retalis, Tony Asamli, Rei Jerald Asis, Rodulf Retales, and Winston Caba—embody the spirit of unity and collaboration. Their collective efforts led to the official recognition of the Westoba Regional Council by the CNC on November 11, 2013, marking a significant milestone in our journey toward fostering camaraderie and community.
