The Triskelions’ Grand Fraternity and Sorority also known as Tau Gamma Phi and Tau Gamma Sigma were originally founded in the University of The Philippines in October 4,1968 and January 17,1969 respectively.

The Triskelions’ Grand Fraternity and Sorority British Columbia Regional Council or widely known by its acronym,BCRC,was formally organized on July 12,2001 in The Greater Vancouver Area by six immigrant Triskelion brothers from different chapters in the Philippines,namely brod Laurence Mendez ?chapter 1978,who also served as its first chairman,brod Joey Estaris AUF 1987,brod Roy Establecida SAS/ Emapalico chapter 19??,brod Rafael Jose Beleno UPLB 1995,brod Brian Matias Ateneo de Naga chapter 2000 and brod Roy Olaer,WMSU chapter 1989.It was one of the few, if not,only the second Tau Gamma Phi council established in Canada at that time.What started as a handful of Triskelion brothers and sisters grew to almost a hundred strong through efforts and sacrifices made by the organizers and early members. At present,the council boast of members from almost all corners of British Columbia Canada and continues to grow and expand. BCRC has been involve in many civic activities,such as blood letting,food and clothing drive,volunteer work and extending financial assistance locally and to our brothers and sisters and their families in the Philippines. BCRC is currently the only council in the province of British Columbia Canada that is affiliated with the Canada National Council. In Strength,Freewill and Brotherhood we remain.
