Montreal Quebec Regional Council
Montreal Quebec Rigional Council (MQRC) was organized by 4 members of TRISKELION living in Montreal, Quebec namely, Brother Andy Chan of PMMS chapter 1993, Sister Emily Marco of Adamson University 2000, Brother Joseph Gerald Mananing of San Jose City, Nueva Ecija chapter 2005 and Brother Dennis Santos of Sitio Rizal Alabang chapter 1993. Through consultation and communication made on Philippines, the organizer was link to Ontario Triskelion, and by mid-2007 initial communication takes place between the organizers. Initially they name the council as Tau Gamma Phi TRISKELION Grand Fraternity/ Sorority Montreal Council. The first kick-off and official meeting was held at the heart of Greater Montreal on October 04, 2008, this is also the date that has been agreed by all organizer establishing October 04, 2008 as the founding date and naming Montreal Quebec Regional Council (MQRC) as the official council and home of all TRISKELION living all over Quebec province. The MQRC actively participate and collaborate with the other regional and provincial council until they came up creating and establishing the Canada National Council in which MQRC embraced and adhered to with the CNC rules and regulation and guidelines in Sept 2009. The main objective of the Council is to gather all TRISKELION members living in Quebec, to unite and get to know each other, to provide assistance to its council members, to create project and events including community service activities not only in Canada but also in the Philippines, and to promote camaraderie and collaboration to every family member within the organization. “MISSION” FORTIS – Develop fortitude of character and create community leaders steered by deeply rooted tenets and codes. VOLUNTAS – Foster volunteerism through constant activities and services in the community. FRATERNITAS/SORORITAS – Advicate the spirit of brotherhood and sisterhood among fellow men and women regardless of race, creed, gender, culture, social and economic status. “VISION” A solid and active membership that consistently exhibits excellence and imparts a lasting positive impact on the community.

“PURPOSE” To promote health and well-being by conducting annual blood donation drives in coordination with Hema Quebec and providing regular care and services to the elderly and needy.
