Starting with the facebook group chat initiated by brod. Chie Quinalayo and brod Miko Medina on the 3rd of July 2018, a meeting was first held at the Billings Bridge Mall in Ottawa (1st meeting) July 16, 2018 as a collaboration idea of all brod’s and sis in the group chat at that time, seven (7) members attended that meeting Brod Boyet Rebong, Brod Mhardey Detuya, Brod Jouel Dela Paz, Brod Miko Medina, Brod Edmund Oliveros Jr., Brod Chie Quinalayo and Sis Melba Cabillon. The 6th of August TNCC was formed by the seven founding members namely: Brother’s Boyet Rebong, Chie Quinalayo, Miko Medina, Stephen John Lucero, Edmund Oliveros Jr., Mhardey Detuya and Sis Melba Cabillon, this is on the second meeting held in Mooneys Bay Park
Triskelion National Capital Council
On September 16, 2018 the Triskelion members of Toronto Provincial Council (TOPC) and Montreal Quebec Regional Council (MQRC) visited Ottawa for sponsorship and to help TNCC become a recognized body by the Canada National Council (CNC).
On October 6, 2018, TGP Golden Anniversary was held at sis Melba Cabillon’s place.
The Ottawa/Gatineau Council was approved and became part of CNC. November 20, 2018 was officially declared as the founding anniversary for TNCC. Henceforth, a monthly meeting was agreed to take upon, to establish council strength and unity within the members despite of hectic schedules and everyday life activities.
